How we deliver structured private tuition
Following an initial assessment, which highlights your child's skills and weaknesses, a consultation takes place between you and one of our qualified assessors to decide on the best course of action for your child.

We then prepare a personalised learning plan using etcAction (our unique relational database of National Curriculum skills and targets) from which your child will work during the course of lessons you book with us.

Your child is tutored by qualified teachers and classroom assistants, fully trained in the Extra Tuition Centre method of learning, in a high ratio of one teacher and 3 class rooms assistants to eight children.

After each lesson your child's work is marked and the results are assessed by etcAction - aided by comments from the tutor - and a new set of work is prepared by etcACtion ready for their next lesson - ensuring each lesson is always stimulating and stretches your child a little further every time but, most importantly, at their own pace.
