Genetic Evolution of Butterflies

Did you know that the female Papilio Dardanus has a special gene that allows it to mimic other butterflies? The Natural History museum has discovered that some butterflies can actually copy different wing patterns to ward off predators. Some can even copy patterns to make them look like other poisonous butterflies!
